Kelp collects the information you provide in the skin assessment, your email address, purchase records, and basic device and campaign data needed to operate and improve the service.

What we use it for

• To create and restore your personalized skin profile.
• To process subscriptions and provide paid access through Stripe and RevenueCat.
• To measure advertising performance with Meta, including privacy-protected hashed identifiers.
• To keep the service reliable, secure, and useful.

Service providers

We use Microsoft Azure for application data, Stripe for payments, RevenueCat for subscription access, and Meta for advertising measurement. Each provider processes data under its own terms and privacy commitments.

Your choices

You may request access to or deletion of your Kelp data by emailing support@trykelp.app. We retain records only as long as needed for the service, legal obligations, fraud prevention, and accounting.
