By using Kelp, you agree to these terms. You must be able to enter a binding agreement in your location and provide accurate information when purchasing a subscription.

Wellness guidance

Kelp is a skincare wellness and tracking tool. It does not diagnose, treat, or prevent medical conditions and is not a substitute for a qualified clinician. Seek medical care for painful, persistent, spreading, bleeding, infected-looking, or otherwise concerning symptoms.

Subscriptions

Web subscriptions are processed by Stripe. The price, billing period, and any trial are shown before purchase. Unless cancelled before renewal, subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel through the subscription management method provided with your purchase.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, probe its security, automate abusive requests, submit unlawful content, or attempt to access another person's profile or purchase.

Availability and liability

We work to keep Kelp available and accurate, but the service is provided without a promise that every feature will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent allowed by law, Kelp is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
